Overview
Everlaw is looking for an Enablement Manager Product to join our Product team. This role sits at the intersection of product development, design, and operations and ensures our R&D organization is aligned, skilled, and empowered to deliver impactful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will design and drive enablement programs that go beyond logistics by creating structured, outcomes-driven initiatives. Your responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with Product Leadership and cross-functional teams to identify enablement needs and build sub-team roadmaps.
- Developing structured learning programs such as onboarding, quarterly tool training (including AI tooling, Heap, Looker, etc.), monthly peer learning sessions, and biannual culture workshops.
- Leading major enablement events like Product Kickoff and MYMU with clear strategic goals.
- Driving organizational process improvements to reduce onboarding friction, improve tool adoption, and enhance cross-team collaboration.
Getting Started
You will be integrated early through comprehensive onboarding sessions covering our products, policies, processes, and team structure. Engage with colleagues and stakeholders to understand and address challenges and opportunities.
About You
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in technical enablement, learning & development or a related field in a high-growth environment. You should have strong experience in designing scalable learning programs, building technical content, and collaborating with cross-functional leaders. Experience with AI-powered tools and SaaS environments is a plus. Additionally, strong program management, event facilitation, and collaboration skills are essential.
