Overview

The Asset Manager Multi-family Residential Center role at Evergreen Investment Company is a part-time position (approx. 20–25 hours/week) that is primarily remote with quarterly on-site visits in South Carolina. The position focuses on strategy, leasing, operations, and value creation for a 184 unit multi-family asset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own strategy and execution for asset management.
  • Direct third-party property management and leasing teams.
  • Implement CapEx priorities and expense controls.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and covenant compliance.
  • Drive higher occupancy and positive rent growth.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years multi-family asset management experience.
  • Proven success in directing third-party PM and leasing efforts.
  • Excellent communication with an owner-operator mindset.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Target hourly range of $50-75/hr, experience dependent.
  • Bonus eligibility based on asset performance (pro-rata).
