About the Role
The Business Intelligence Developer will join the data and analytics team to design, develop, and support enterprise BI solutions. The role focuses on SQL Server functions, reporting environments and visualization tools, with a blend of technical expertise and business insight.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and functions.
- Optimize and support snapshot reporting databases, ensuring data accuracy and performance.
- Create and manage SSRS reports, Power BI dashboards, and Python-based data analytics workflows.
- Act as a systems analyst to gather business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Implement data governance processes to ensure quality and consistency.
Requirements & Preferred Qualifications
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or has equivalent work experience, with 5+ years as a BI Developer or similar role. Strong proficiency in SQL Server, Python, SSRS, and Power BI is essential. Experience with ETL processes, data warehousing, and agile methodologies is preferred.
