Your Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be instrumental in our continued scaling. You are joining at a pivotal stage as we grow from 75 people to over 100. You will collaborate closely with our CEO and business leaders to recruit top global talent for one of the fastest-growing AI products worldwide. This role offers the opportunity to shape the evolution of Talent Acquisition at EverAI, refining workflows, experimenting with AI tools, launching employer branding initiatives, and testing innovative sourcing strategies.
Key Mission
Identify, attract, and secure top global talent, while contributing to the development of a recruitment stack that matches the scale and ambition of a company serving 50 million users worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Mapping & Sourcing: Conduct global talent scouting, map and engage elite talent from Tier 1 tech hubs and companies worldwide, and build strong networks to connect with passive candidates.
- Smart Sourcing: Support the implementation of an AI-first recruitment stack, utilizing AI agents, niche technical communities, and unconventional channels to find exceptional talent.
- Relationship Building: Maintain long-term relationships with passive talent globally to anticipate future hiring needs.
- Candidate Experience & Evaluation: Own the candidate journey from initial contact to final offer, ensuring a clear, respectful, and high-quality experience. Conduct structured interviews to assess technical aptitude and cultural alignment, providing concise feedback to Hiring Managers and Leadership.
- Process Innovation & Collaboration: Work closely with Founders and Team Leads to enhance hiring workflows, reduce friction, and improve operational efficiency. Contribute to employer branding and other initiatives to position EverAI as a top destination for AI talent.
Your Qualifications
Must-haves
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment.
- Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment.
- Global sourcing experience, with a track record of attracting talent from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.).
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to thrive in a high-trust environment, empowered to learn, improve processes, and make an impact.
- Perfect fluency in English (spoken and written).
