Senior Software Engineer - EverAI

Our Team
We are a passionate and hardworking team of approximately 75 individuals. Our founding team brings extensive entrepreneurial experience in building and scaling web products from inception to IPO. Key members include Alexis Soulopoulos (CEO), Michael Monin (Co-founder & CTO), Thomas Lacroix (Co-founder & CMO), and Maruša Fasano (CFO/Legal), all with proven track records in tech leadership, AI/LLM, growth, and finance.
Your Role
Our tech team is expanding rapidly to support an ambitious feature roadmap. We are seeking experienced Senior Software Engineers to help build and scale our product. You will influence our roadmap, devise optimal technical solutions, and have opportunities to experiment and introduce new ideas. Reporting to the Tech Lead, your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the Product Manager to review project specifications.
- Developing integration plans, task breakdowns, and estimations.
- Implementing code, managing pull requests, conducting code reviews, and performing testing.
You will work closely with Michael (co-founder and CTO), the product team, and the engineering team, including web developers, SREs, and data scientists.

Your Qualifications
Must-haves
- 5+ years of experience as a back-end or full-stack software engineer.
- Experience in tech scale-ups or similarly agile and fast-paced environments.
- Experience with large-scale products used by thousands of monthly users.
- Perfect fluency in English with strong communication and collaborative skills.
- A strong sense of ownership and commitment.
- A doer mindset, balancing software craftsmanship with velocity.
- User-centricity and a passion for exceptional user experience.
- Comfort working with products based on uncensored models and content (#NSFW).
Bonus points
- Past experience and/or interest in data science and generative AI (NLP, ML, MLOps, etc.).
- Experience working with globally distributed teams.
