We are looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own and drive growth initiatives across our website and marketing funnel. This role blends experimentation, execution, and analytics. You will own high-impact opportunities, lead experimentation programs, partner cross-functionally to improve conversion and accelerate pipeline growth. You will be embedded in the Growth team.What you’ll do:
- Plan, execute, and analyze growth experiments across the website and marketing funnel.
- Identify, prioritize, and drive high-impact growth initiatives based on data and customer insights.
- Own growth initiatives across website pages, flows, and co-own lead generation experiences partnering with the revenue and partnership marketing teams.
- Partner with Events, PMM, SEO, Paid, Brand, Content, and RevOps to improve website-driven conversion.
- Translate insights into clear recommendations and shipped improvements.
- Build and maintain core growth and website reporting used in weekly and monthly marketing reviews.
- Influence website prioritization and channel investment through data-driven insights.
- Drive cross-functional alignment on growth initiatives and experimentation results.
What we look for:
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or product growth, with a proven track record of leading experiments and initiatives that improved conversion, pipeline, or revenue.
- Proven track record of owning experiments and growth initiatives that improved conversion or pipeline.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to guide decisions.
- Hands-on experience building reports in GA4 or similar analytics platforms.
- Understanding of B2B SaaS funnel and lifecycle (lead → opportunity → revenue).
- Experience running CRO or website experimentation programs.
- Comfortable working with data from analytics platforms, CRM, and data warehouses.
- Clear communicator who works well with cross-functional partners.
Nice to have:
- Fluent with SQL.
- Experience querying existing tables in BI tools.
- Experience working closely with engineers on instrumentation.
- Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS.
