About the Role
EvenUp is on a mission to close the justice gap using technology and AI. As a Forward Deployed AI Strategist, you will embed directly with managing partners and practice leaders at sophisticated personal injury firms, becoming their trusted AI strategist. You will work hands-on with cutting-edge generative AI, influencing product direction and building scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of EvenUp’s proprietary multi-model AI platform.
- Create scalable, elegant solutions to complex client challenges using advanced AI techniques.
- Prototype, tune retrieval systems, and design new pipelines with clients.
- Drive product roadmap through actionable frontline feedback.
Requirements
- Experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (Bain, McKinsey, BCG, etc.) or equivalent.
- Strong technical curiosity and hands-on generative AI skills.
- Exceptional communication across all levels of client organizations.
- Willingness to travel extensively (50-80% travel required).

Compensation
Compensation Range: $140K - $160K with 30% variable commission based on customer trial conversion.
