Role Overview
The Enterprise Onboarding & Implementation Manager leads the delivery of a transformative enterprise platform. The role involves overseeing complex workstreams to retire legacy systems, manage data migration, system configuration, user onboarding, and go-live support, all while executing change management strategies to drive customer adoption. The manager will work closely with Product, Engineering, and customer teams and is expected to travel up to 30% to customer sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Migration: Map legacy data schemas, oversee migration, and ensure data integrity.
- Program Management: Develop project plans, manage risks, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Customer Engagement: Act as primary contact, gather requirements, and support on-site engagements.
- Change Management: Design and execute strategies for high user adoption and effective training.
- System Configuration & User Onboarding: Configure platform settings, lead UAT and deliver training programs.
- Go-Live Support: Provide triage support and monitor system performance during deployment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field required. 5-7+ years of program or project management experience within enterprise software or SaaS environments. Certifications in PMP, Agile, or change management (ADKAR, Kotter) are preferred. Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project) and technical skills in data migration tools (SQL, Python, etc.) are essential.
