About the Role
At Customer AI Strategist, you'll help personal injury firms leverage cutting-edge generative AI technology to secure faster settlements, higher payouts, and better outcomes. You will work directly with senior level partners at sophisticated law firms, using your strategy and technical consulting expertise to drive product direction and solve high-complexity customer problems.
What You’ll Do
- Embed with Managing Partners, Directors and practice leaders
- Develop a sharp, opinionated viewpoint on product direction
- Master EvenUp’s multi-model AI platform and full tech stack
- Solve novel problems using model composition and retrieval strategies
- Design scalable solutions optimizing cost-per-case and margin
Role Requirements
- Experience at top-tier strategy consulting firms preferred
- Willingness to travel 50-80% within the coverage region
- 30% variable compensation tied to successful customer trial conversion
- Deep excitement for generative AI and hands-on problem solving
- Exceptional communication across all customer organization levels
