Overview

Eventus WholeHealth delivers integrated, holistic care for medically vulnerable adults. The Clinician Support Specialist Tele Triage supports clinical providers and patients in a remote work setting.

Provider Support

  • Assist providers with clinical documentation and triage note preparation.
  • Open encounter notes for acute Tele Triage visits.
  • Perform medication reconciliation and enter lab/imaging results.
  • Document triage encounters and update PCPs.
  • Make facility calls to gather necessary information.

Patient Support

  • Monitor communications multiple times daily via Telemediq.
  • Inform patients and families of visit updates and new orders.
  • Escalate issues to providers when needed.
  • Communicate care transitions within the Tele Triage team.

Qualifications and Education

High School Diploma or equivalency. Certified Medical Assistant is a plus. Typing speed of 45wpm or greater. Medical Scribing experience preferred.
