THE POSITION

As a Sales Lead (Part-Time Seasonal), you will:

  • Provide exceptional guest service by supporting day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure guests have the best shopping experience.
  • Engage with guests to create an entertaining, fun, and memorable visit.

Qualifications

  • Prior retail keyholder or supervisory experience with cash-handling skills.
  • Strong merchandising skills.
  • Ability to work irregular schedules including weekdays, weekends, early evenings, and holidays.
  • Comfort with interacting with people of all ages.
  • Proactive engagement and effective communication of product features.
  • Positive, welcoming, and friendly attitude towards guests and team members.
