The Role
As a Retail Sales Lead, you will be an integral part of daily store operations, working alongside management to create memorable moments for guests.
- Lead by example providing exceptional guest service.

- Support store operations including cash handling and inventory management.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is a retail rockstar with experience in keyholding or supervisory roles, a merchandising maven, and a friendly personality. A flexible schedule is required as weekends, evenings, and holidays are part of the job.
Physical Demands
Frequent standing, walking, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds are required.
