The Position
Be a part of this fascinating “must-see” tourist destination located in Naples, Florida. Imagine yourself helping guests create memorable experiences in a fun and rewarding role at our Naples Botanical Garden Gift Shop!
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service and support day-to-day operations.
- Ensure guests have the best shopping experience.
- Engage with guests to create an entertaining and memorable experience.
Position Preferences / Requirements
- Prior experience in retail keyholding, supervision, cash-handling and customer service.
- Strong merchandising skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends, early evenings, and holidays.
- Friendly, welcoming, and able to proactively engage with guests.
Physical Demands
