The Role
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the heart of our store at Alaska Sealife Center, creating magical moments for every guest.
What You’ll Do
- Create Magical Moments: Deliver engaging customer interactions, fun product demos, and welcoming smiles.
- Be a Store Superstar: Assist with day-to-day operations including restocking and customer guidance.
- Engage & Entertain: Bring energy to every interaction, ensuring a memorable shopping experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service.
- Product knowledge and ability to make personalized recommendations.
- A strong team player attitude.
Bonus Points
Experience in retail, cash handling, merchandising, or customer service is an advantage.
Physical Requirements
- Be on your feet for most of the shift.
- Occasional light lifting (up to 15 pounds).
