The Role: Part-Time Sales Lead
As a Sales Lead, you’ll be an integral part of our store’s day-to-day operations, working with the management team to create memorable experiences for our guests.
What You’ll Do
- Lead by example and provide top-notch guest service.
- Engage with guests in a lively and welcoming manner.
- Support store operations including cash handling and inventory management.
What We’re Looking For
- Retail experience with keyholder or supervisory background.
- Ability to merchandise products effectively.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with proactive engagement skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Physical Demands
Must be capable of frequent standing, walking, and occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds.
