The Role

In the Manager/Senior Manager of Total Rewards role, you will build and operationalize Eve's compensation, benefits, and equity programs. Partnering closely with People Ops, Finance, and Recruiting, you will create clear and structured systems that attract, retain, and reward world-class talent.

What You Will Accomplish

  • Finalize compensation philosophy and job-level framework.
  • Benchmark roles using market data and build salary bands.
  • Conduct baseline pay-equity audit and deliver recommendations.
  • Support equity administration and create employee-friendly resources.
  • Launch a company-wide compensation review and calibration cycle.
  • Maintain high-accuracy compensation data in HRIS with quarterly insights.
  • Establish market benchmarking cadence with data-driven recommendations.
  • Achieve high employee understanding of total rewards value.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience building compensation philosophy and infrastructure from scratch.
  • Background in equity distribution, cap tables, and refresh programs.
  • 4–6 years in compensation, total rewards, or HR analytics in high-growth SaaS or tech.
  • Hands-on experience with benchmarking tools and strong Excel/Sheets modeling skills.
  • Proven success in implementing compensation bands or supporting annual review cycles.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • High integrity and discretion with handling confidential data.
  • Experience partnering with Finance on headcount or budget planning.
  • Exposure to benefits program design, vendor negotiations, HRIS configuration, or data governance.
