Display & Paid Social Specialist at Europcar Mobility Group

We are looking for a passionate Digital Performance and Acquisition professional to join us as a Display & Paid Social Specialist. You will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and analyzing multi-platform campaigns, collaborating with international creative and business teams, and ensuring operational alignment with our corporate markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management & Optimization
- Design, plan, and execute display, paid social, and SMO campaigns across major platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, DV360, Criteo, RTB House, etc.).
- Monitor campaign performance and implement optimizations based on key KPIs (Lead, CPVisit, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
- Participate in the Test & Learn roadmap, experimenting with new audiences, formats, messages, and platforms.
- Track campaign budgets and ensure their efficient utilization.
Analysis & Reporting
- Interpret data from GA4, advertising platforms, and internal tracking tools to produce actionable insights.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance and recommend future actions.
- Share results and learnings with internal teams and corporate markets to promote the department's work.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Manage day-to-day media agency relationships: briefs, operational follow-up, recommendations, and campaign optimization.
- Work closely with the Brand/Content team and creative agency to deliver relevant insights and align content with strategy.
- Coordinate with e-commerce, local marketing, and corporate market teams to ensure campaign consistency and share best practices.
- Manage relationships with external partners (Google, Meta, Criteo, etc.) to maximize campaign performance.
Monitoring & Innovation
- Stay updated on market trends, new platform features, and best practices in display, paid social, and SMO.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of acquisition processes, tools, and strategies.
What We Are Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital, or equivalent.
- Experience and Technical Skills: Minimum 2 years of experience in managing display and paid social campaigns, preferably in the Travel/mobility sector.
- Proficiency in advertising platforms: Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, DV360, Google Ads, Criteo, RTB House.
- Good understanding of analytics and tracking tools: GA4, Tag Manager, attribution tools, and reporting.
- Ability to analyze data and propose optimizations based on insights.
Personal Qualities:
- Autonomy and initiative, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Creative and proactive in proposing advertising content and messages.
- Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Skill in coordinating external partners and collaborating with multiple teams.
- Fluent English is essential (working language); other European languages are a plus.
