About the Role
Europa Systems is seeking an Application Engineer, Intralogistics & Valuation to join our team. This role involves developing technical concepts and cost estimations for advanced internal transport and intralogistic systems. We offer a fully remote work arrangement from anywhere in Poland, with optional office presence in Rzeszów or Szczecin. Your Responsibilities
- Analyze client needs and input data, including process flows, product specifications, and facility layouts.
- Create concepts for internal transport and intralogistic systems, encompassing conveyors, sorters, lifts, warehousing systems, and robotic workstations.
- Prepare 2D layouts in AutoCAD, detailing equipment placement and material flow.
- Select and calculate components such as drives, transport modules, structural elements, pneumatics, automation, and industrial robots.
- Prepare comprehensive valuations and cost estimates.
- Collaborate with the sales department throughout the quoting process.
- Develop and maintain standards and solution libraries (modules, schemes, offer templates).
Our Requirements
- Higher technical education in Automation and Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience in one of the following areas: machine construction design, industrial automation (PLC, drives, control systems), or industrial robotics (robotic arms, robotic cells).
- Ability to read mechanical and/or electrical technical documentation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Nice to Have
- Experience in intralogistics projects, warehouse automation, or production automation.
- Knowledge of 3D tools, e.g., SolidWorks.
- Experience in preparing valuations, offers, and technical concepts.
- Familiarity with industrial robots (KUKA, Fanuc, ABB, UR, Yaskawa).
- Proficiency in English for working with documentation and suppliers.
