Job Description

The Client Services Representative (Night Shift) is responsible for entering client and sample information into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), preparing supplies and bottles requests, and ensuring projects are processed quickly and delivered on time.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Sort coolers, samples, and note any deficiencies.
  • Use LIMS to log samples and generate labels.
  • Prepare soil samples and rush projects for operations.
  • This is a scientific admin role; no analytical testing is performed.

Qualifications

  • Good understanding of IT and PC applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Self-starter, ambitious, and energetic.
  • Laboratory experience is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy coolers up to 50 lbs.

Additional Information

Work hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Shift timing: Starting at midnight (00h) and finishing at 8am.
