Position Overview
The Client Relations Executive at Eurofins Built Environment Testing serves as the primary point of contact for clients. The role requires being well-spoken, knowledgeable, and responsive while managing client inquiries and ensuring complete satisfaction.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Understand internal operational capabilities and detailed service matrices.
- Participate in account creation and coordinate with the Sales Team.
- Respond timely to client inquiries and resolve project issues.
- Maintain up-to-date account information.
- Collaborate with Laboratory Support for sample management.
- Answer common technical queries and facilitate resolutions.
- Develop strong business relationships and enhance sales.
- Coordinate supply requests for proper sampling.
- Generate metrics and provide client feedback to management.
Qualifications
- BS degree in Biology or related science.
- 2-5 years of customer service experience preferred.
- Experience in Indoor Air Quality and laboratory settings is an advantage.
- Professional proficiency in English required.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions.
- Willingness to travel within California and Arizona during training.
