Your Missions

As a Stage Supervision des flux intern, you will integrate the 'Helpdesk Tools, Logistics Modules, and BAD Contracts' team. This team manages assistance and support tools deployed across the group's entities in France and internationally. These tools include a real-time ticketing and activity monitoring system, a diagnostic aid tool with a workflow engine, a customer complaint management application, IT evolution requests, and SMS broadcasting gateways.

These applications serve our business centers, Credit Mutuel and CIC branches, international banks (Targobank Germany, Beobank), and clients. The team's primary focus is on developing and maintaining intranet and internet applications.

The specific internship project involves developing a solution for monitoring all data acquired and integrated into the Help Desk tool's repository. This evolution will enable better operational tracking, allow for the generation of reports on received data, and facilitate the retrieval and recycling of discarded data, ultimately enhancing the tool's resilience and robustness.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Writing technical and functional specifications.

• You will be supervised by a dedicated mentor.

What We Will Love About You

• Pursuing a higher education degree (Bac +3 to Bac +5) in an engineering school or university (Computer Science, Miage...).
• Seeking an internship of at least 3 months (ideally 6 months).
• Possess strong listening skills, analytical and synthesis capabilities, and a methodical approach.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a team player, and eager to contribute to large-scale projects.
