Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Frontend Developer to join our growing development team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who have a solid understanding of modern JavaScript, React, Redux, and basic WordPress development. You'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you'll build responsive web applications, contribute to exciting projects, and continuously grow your technical skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js.
- Implement state management using Redux.
- Convert UI/UX designs into clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality products.
- Debug and troubleshoot frontend issues across different browsers and devices.
- Assist in maintaining and updating WordPress websites, including themes, plugins, and content updates.
- Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
- Stay current with emerging frontend technologies and industry trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Familiarity with React.js and Redux.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress, including theme customization and content management.
- Understanding of responsive web design principles.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON.
- Basic knowledge of Git version control.
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Personal, academic, or internship projects using React.
- Experience with Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or Material UI.
- Familiarity with React Router and modern frontend development tools (Webpack, Vite, npm).
- Basic understanding of SEO best practices for WordPress.
- Exposure to Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
