About the Finance Analyst Role

The Finance Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, risk, and compliance of all eToro trading operations. Based in the Tel Aviv office, the analyst will manage trade settlements, P&L reporting, account reconciliations, and support the front office with operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of Crypto trading financial reporting (IFRS 15 vs IFRS 9).
  • Monitor and analyze trading costs with global liquidity providers.
  • Oversee corporate actions, taxes, fees, and other income and costs.
  • Manage Digital Wallet transfers, inventory, liquidity, and daily reconciliation processes.
  • Prepare and distribute regular operational reports for internal and regulatory purposes.
  • Support audits and regulatory reporting with timely, accurate information.
  • Collaborate with front office, IT, and other departments to resolve operational issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • Certified public accountant or Big 4 experience is a must.
  • Proven experience in back-office operations within financial services or online brokerage.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • High proficiency in Excel and managing large data sets.
  • Knowledge of SQL is a great advantage.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Passionate about technology and AI with a collaborative mindset.
