Role Summary

The Dealing Data Analyst will drive advanced analytics, AI integration, and process automation within the Dealing group. You will bridge traditional data analysis and intelligent automated solutions, working autonomously to identify opportunities, develop, and deploy innovative tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify business problems for AI and automation solutions.
• Build and maintain reliable data systems, AI tools, and automated tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Integrate AI into core Dealing group processes to aid decision-making.
• Create automated checks, monitoring systems, and alerts for real-time responses.
• Document models, methods, and automation logic for clarity and maintainability.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience with data analysis emphasizing automation and AI.
• Advanced SQL skills for handling large datasets and automated tasks.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and process automation.
• Demonstrable success in deploying automation and AI in business situations.
• Strong communication skills to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• High proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Self-driven, independent thinker with a strong 'get it done' attitude.

Nice to Have

Experience in fintech, online trading, or brokerage, along with an understanding of financial market dynamics and regulations.
