Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for an English Technical Support and Social Media Handling professional. Responsibilities include providing top-notch technical support to customers in English, handling customer inquiries through social media platforms, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. You will analyze customer concerns, provide resolutions effectively, and maintain excellent communication while upholding company values.
