About The Role
We are looking for a Senior Sales Recruiter to join our Talent team to help acquire top-tier revenue-generating talent for mission-critical roles across Ethos' business. Someone passionate about building high-performing Sales teams from the ground up, excited about setting a broader sales hiring strategy, and energized by implementing it from end-to-end will thrive in this role.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Drive Go-To-Market Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruiting efforts for high-impact revenue roles (including Account Executives, Sales Leaders, and GTM functions) in close collaboration with sales leadership and senior management.
- Build Pipeline & Sourcing Strategies: Develop creative candidate sourcing strategies to attract passive sales talent, manage pipeline metrics, and effectively leverage sourcing tools and vendors.
- Optimize the Interview Process: Refine and optimize our hiring workflows to ensure a fast, competitive, and world-class candidate experience from first contact to close.
- Partner with Sales Leadership: Act as a strategic advisor to sales hiring managers, providing market insights, compensation trends, and data-driven recruiting recommendations.
- Elevate Recruiting Practices: Participate in and lead special projects or recruiting initiatives to continually up-level Ethos' employer brand and sales hiring best practices.
Qualifications And Skills
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3+ years specifically dedicated to sales/GTM recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
- High energy and persuasion skills: High enthusiasm and the ability to effectively pitch Ethos’ vision and close competitive sales talent.
- Process-oriented: Organized and systematic, with a knack for building scalable hiring processes that don't sacrifice speed.
- Resilient and Creative: Mentally agile and creative at brainstorming new paths forward when facing tight talent markets or stubborn pipelines.
- Relationship-Driven: Proactive, humble, and genuine in communications, with a proven ability to build strong trust with both candidates and executive stakeholders.
- Detail-Oriented: Thorough, data-driven, and possesses a very high attention to detail.
Compensation And Benefits
The US national base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000 - $170,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
