We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced buyers and purchasing professionals who can help train their latest language model on procurement and sourcing tasks. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity (5-20 hours per week) that can be done remotely and alongside or instead of full-time employment. We're looking for senior buyers with 5+ years managing complex supplier relationships and procurement processes at top companies to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated work across core purchasing workflows.Key Responsibilities:
- Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated work across core purchasing workflows.
- Manage complex supplier relationships and procurement processes.
- Engage in supplier evaluation, RFQ and contract negotiation.
- Oversee purchase order management, cost analysis, and inventory planning.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years as a buyer or purchasing agent at a top company.
- Strong expertise in supplier management, contract negotiation, and cost analysis.
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
Compensation and Commitment:
- Compensation: $75/hour
- Commitment: Flexible, up to 20 hours per week (up to $1.5k/week)
