Job Summary
Ethos Veterinary Health is seeking a Senior People Technology Analyst who will manage HCM projects, integrations, and system enhancements for a high-growth organization with 20,000+ employees. This is a remote role based anywhere within the United States and reports directly to the Manager, People Technology (HRIS).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and configure Dayforce, ADP Vantage, and WorkforceNow.
- Support enterprise level transactions including rehires, transfers, and job assignments.
- Lead projects for new programs, processes, reports, and HCM module implementations.
- Monitor and manage all HCM data integrations and complete specification documentation.
- Assist with security administration to support new site leaders and acquisitions.
- Develop ad-hoc, recurring, and scheduled reporting for internal and field teams.
- Collaborate with HR Technology, Benefits, HR Operations, and Payroll teams.
- Lead and participate in testing patches, updates, and new releases.
- Perform other job duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of professional HRIS experience, supporting large organizations.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office and working knowledge of HR policies.
- Prior experience with Dayforce is required.
- Experience in high growth complex organizations preferred.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time position with a base salary range of $80,000-$90,000. Compensation is determined by role, level, and location, with additional factors considered. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision benefits, vacation, sick leave, 401(k), and more.
