About The Role

The Administration Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations, managing administrative tasks, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining an efficient workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

Office Administration
  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-organized and professional workspace.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement of materials and equipment.
  • Maintain office facilities, coordinate repairs, and liaise with vendors.
Administrative Support
  • Provide administrative support to management and other departments.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, letters, and documentation as required.
  • Handle scheduling, calendar management, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Records & Documentation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems (digital and physical).
  • Assist in preparing and organizing internal documents, contracts, and compliance materials.
Communication & Coordination
  • Act as a point of contact between departments, employees, external partners, and clients.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
  • Assist in planning company events, meetings, and staff activities.

Experience, Skills & Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • Proven experience in administrative or office management roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
