About ETF Data Analyst Role
ETFbook, a Swiss SaaS company, provides data, analytics, and custom solutions in the ETF space. Founded in 2020, the company aims to make global ETF data accessible and actionable for institutional participants such as ETF issuers, index providers, and fund service providers.
About the Role
The Senior ETF Data Analyst will join a highly skilled data analysts team within the data department. Reporting to the Head of Data, you will shape the data roadmap across EMEA, AMER and APAC, acquire and define analytical content, and ensure data quality and integrity for institutional clients.
Responsibilities
- Define key ETF data and analytics contents for institutional clients.
- Shape analytics content available through the ETFbook platform, web application, and APIs.
- Collaborate with Business, Tech, and Product teams for unified approaches.
- Deliver end-to-end ETF data content including reference, dynamic, performance, and liquidity data.
- Work with data engineers to automate and streamline large data sets using Big Data and AI/ML technologies.
- Maintain data quality, accuracy, and integrity and consult with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 7+ years in the ETF/indexing industry in data, analytics, or related fields.
- Experience with high-frequency financial data and tick-level market data.
- Master's degree in finance, data analysis, data science, or related field is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL and data visualization; Databricks experience preferred.
- Proven ability to deliver projects across cross-functional teams and excellent communication skills.
