About ETF Data Analyst Role

ETFBOOK, a Swiss SaaS company, is offering a role for a Senior ETF Data Analyst. You will join a skilled data analysts team and impact institutional clients with data-driven insights. This role is remote from anywhere in the European time zone.

Responsibilities

• Define key ETF data and analytics content for institutional clients across EMEA, AMER, and APAC.
• Shape data analytics accessible via ETFBOOK platform (Web-App and APIs).
• Collaborate with Business, Tech, and Product teams to ensure comprehensive data solutions.
• Deliver end-to-end ETF data content including reference, dynamic data, holdings, and performance.
• Partner with data engineers to automate and maintain quality of large datasets using Big Data and AI/ML technologies.
• Uphold data quality, accuracy, and integrity across ETFBOOK solutions.
• Consult internally and externally to maintain ETFBOOK's competitive edge.

Requirements

• 7+ years in the ETF/indexing industry in data, analytics, portfolio management, risk, or research.
• Experience with high-frequency financial data and tick-level market data.
• Master degree in finance, data analysis, data science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL and data visualization techniques; Databricks experience is a plus.
• Proven project delivery across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills to tailor complex concepts for internal and external audiences.
