Infrastructure Operations Manager
Essnova Solutions, Inc., an Inc. 500 federal contractor and SBA 8(a)/HUBZone-certified small business, is seeking a highly competent Capture Manager with the strategic acumen and execution horsepower to drive high-value wins across our federal portfolio. With access to powerful contract vehicles including GSA OASIS+, Seaport NxG, FAA eFAST, GSA MAS, and 8(a) STARS III and deep capabilities in IT, Cybersecurity, Healthcare, Geospatial, and Environmental services, Essnova is uniquely positioned for explosive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and document monitoring procedures following defined policies.
- Perform proactive and scheduled console monitoring of various systems.
- Create and maintain automated scripts for systems software check-ups.
- Identify, troubleshoot, repair, and escalate system and application issues.
- Implement preventative measures for proactive monitoring and self-healing capabilities.
- Document job scheduling procedures and manage job execution and reporting.
Minimum Qualifications
- Top Secret (TS) security clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, IT or equivalent work experience.
- 10 years’ experience in the IT field.
- 5 years’ experience managing hybrid IT environments.
- 5 years’ experience managing on-premise and cloud infrastructure (servers, networking, storage, VoIP).
- U.S. Citizenship required.
