General Function

The Corporate HRBP Manager provides support to assigned business units by ensuring effective execution of HR programs and projects. Responsibilities include engagement, succession planning, performance management, recruiting strategy, workforce effectiveness, and individual development planning.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Execute HR processes and improve efficiency across client groups.
  • Provide support, training, and guidance on HR practices and tools.
  • Collaborate with HRBP teams and COE partners for continuous improvement.
  • Manage HR communications, recruiting, onboarding processes, and organizational restructure projects.
  • Ensure compliance with company policy and employment laws.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in HR or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and Microsoft Office.
  • Proven ability in employee relations, performance management, and HR systems.
