This program, running from autumn 2025 until 2028, is coordinated by Espoo Employment Services and involves a broad network of collaborators, including city departments, educational institutions, employers, and other stakeholders.

We are seeking a Project Planner to work alongside the Project Manager in developing the Youth Employment Program. Your role will center on proactive collaboration, ensuring young people gain work-life skills and experience during their studies, transitioning smoothly into employment.

  • Support communication and the visibility of program results.

What We Offer

  • An opportunity to impact youth employment at a city level.
  • A strategically significant development role.
  • A multidisciplinary network and a skilled colleague.
  • Space to build new and develop effective operating models.

Qualifications

  • Inspired by facilitation and able to create an inclusive and goal-oriented working atmosphere.
  • Experienced in project-based work and capable of systematically advancing overall initiatives.
  • Able to conceptualize and develop processes, structure workflows, and ensure smooth collaboration.
  • A fluent communicator, able to distill complex information clearly.
  • Proficient in spoken and written Finnish.
  • Comfortable networking and building trust, especially within the educational and employer sectors.

The work is diverse and involves participating in many different task areas. We hope you are ready to jump into various situations and approach changing daily scenarios with an open mind.
