Role Overview

In the Senior Insights Analyst Financial Services role at Escalent, you will lead insights and storytelling, own the data analysis and reporting phases, and help build lasting client credibility. You are the architect of primary data collection processes, owner of the analytical plan, steward of data quality, and framer of the storyline.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to survey/questionnaire development to meet client objectives.
  • Confirm data integrity and analyze trends.
  • Monitor quality levels and manage any quality issues.
  • Design research instruments and approve programmed questionnaires.
  • Collaborate with Client Management to interpret research findings and prepare actionable deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in business, market analysis, or market research.
  • Strong background in survey or market research methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and at least one data analysis package (e.g. SPSS, SAS).
  • Experience in statistical modeling and qualitative research is a plus.

Compensation, Benefits, And Culture

This position offers a base salary range of $70,000 - $85,000 along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k with company match, flexible PTO, paid parental and sick leave, 12 company holidays, and a hybrid/virtual work environment.
