Job Description
As a Field Service Engineer at Field Service Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting our customers by installing, maintaining, and repairing welding and cutting equipment. You will act as a trusted partner, identifying opportunities, supporting sales, and contributing to continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
- Install, commission, and repair equipment at customer sites.
- Perform preventive maintenance, safety checks, and evaluations.
- Support the sales team with technical expertise and advice.
- Document service visits and report non-conformities.
- Build strong customer relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Utilize digital platforms for diagnostics and reporting.
- Support implementation of remote services and new tools.
- Contribute to service process improvements and provide technical feedback.
What We’re Looking For
- Technical diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical services for industrial equipment.
- Solid technical knowledge, customer focus, and effective communication skills.
- Proficiency in English; additional European language is a plus.
- Willingness to travel regionally and a valid driver’s license.
