Job Description

As a Field Service Engineer at Field Service Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting our customers by installing, maintaining, and repairing welding and cutting equipment. You will act as a trusted partner, identifying opportunities, supporting sales, and contributing to continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

  • Install, commission, and repair equipment at customer sites.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, safety checks, and evaluations.
  • Support the sales team with technical expertise and advice.
  • Document service visits and report non-conformities.
  • Build strong customer relationships and identify new opportunities.
  • Utilize digital platforms for diagnostics and reporting.
  • Support implementation of remote services and new tools.
  • Contribute to service process improvements and provide technical feedback.

What We’re Looking For

  • Technical diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical services for industrial equipment.
  • Solid technical knowledge, customer focus, and effective communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English; additional European language is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and a valid driver’s license.
