- Achieve sales and profit targets within your territory.
- Maintain and grow customer relationships while acquiring new clients.
- Plan and conduct customer visits efficiently.
- Advise customers on GCE products and conduct sales negotiations.
- Manage order processing in close collaboration with internal teams.
- Deliver presentations and represent GCE at trade shows and exhibitions.
- Prepare offers, follow up on projects, and support budget planning.
- Conduct market and competitor analyses and share insights with sales management.
- Document all activities in the CRM system and participate in trainings and field meetings.
What we are looking for:
- Experience: Several years in field sales, ideally in B2B technical products.
- Skills: Strong customer relationship building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of industrial equipment or related technologies.
- Languages: Local language + English + German
- Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently; valid driver’s license required.
- Soft Skills: Time management, initiative, empathy, self-confidence, and critical thinking.
Desirable:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience in industrial gas control, welding, or related markets.
- University degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
