Solution Designer

We are looking for a Solution Designer to join our Sales team, reporting to the Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will deeply understand client needs, manage customer opportunities and leads, and integrate this understanding with Errevi's marketing and commercial plans. You will translate strategies into winning solutions for clients, partners, and our organization, passionately representing the Errevi brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales representative to identify end-client needs.
• Conduct technical site surveys at logistics and production sites requiring automated solution studies.
• Build and maintain relationships with client technical teams.
• Define the correct solution sizing and select appropriate technologies.
• Design solutions based on material flows and expected client performance.
• Request commercial offers from partner suppliers; review and negotiate proposals with internal technical departments and the purchasing office.
• Quote solutions and prepare commercial offers.
• Provide technical support to the sales representative during the offer presentation phase.
• Define the plant performance sheet and technical specifications for the Project Management Office.
• Post-sale, collaborate with the Errevi Automation operational division during project execution.

What we are looking for in you:

• Proven experience in intralogistics, with knowledge of key technologies such as Robots, AGVs, AS/RS for pallets and cartons (miniload, multi-shuttle), sorting systems, and automatic picking solutions.
• Proficiency in CAD drawing software (e.g., AutoCAD) and data analysis tools.
• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Customer orientation and strong relational skills.
• Ability to understand client businesses and their needs.
• Aptitude for problem-solving and solution provision.
• Sense of responsibility.
• Teamwork predisposition.
• Curiosity.
