Sales Representative at ERPLY Retail Software

Not everyone is made for sales. If closing deals excites you and makes you push even harder, this is something for you.

We're looking for Sales Representatives who enjoy starting conversations, creating opportunities, and turning 'maybe' into a signed contract.

This is a hands-on sales role. You'll be finding leads, calling, emailing, following up, negotiating, and closing. Real sales and real results.

What you'll do:

  • Find and approach new potential clients
  • Call, email, message, post - whatever works
  • Hold sales conversations and pitch our offer clearly and confidently
  • Close deals and bring in new customers
  • Build your own sales pipeline and manage it end-to-end
  • Hit KPI's and get paid for it

What we expect from you:

  • Fluent in Estonian and English (Finnish would be a plus!), spoken and written
  • You don't wait to be told what to do, You just do
  • You can handle rejection and move on from it
  • You care about results more than excuses
  • Previous sales is a plus but mindset matters more

Compensation:

Base salary: 1200€ gross

Real performance-based commission from KPI's and signed contracts - there will be KPI's such as cold calling, emailing, doing demos, closing etc. Fulfilled KPI's will give you an extra pay + a one-time fee is a surcharge on the amount of signed customer contracts for which the first monthly fee has been received. In example: You sign a client contract with Mari OÜ worth €100, and when our company receives a monthly fee, you will receive a €100 performance fee.
