Job Summary
ERM is seeking an experienced Learning Content Designer for a fixed-term, global role. This position focuses on transforming complex knowledge into high-impact learning experiences that drive capability and behavior change within a growing organization. You will work flexibly across time zones, leveraging AI tools and partnering with subject matter experts to create practical, relevant, and scalable learning solutions.

- Strong human learning judgement to validate accuracy, relevance, ethical AI use, and learning effectiveness.
- Experience designing learning across multiple formats (instructor-led, self-paced, digital, blended, campaign-based).
- Ability to create modular, reusable learning content suitable for use in the flow of work.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence partnering with SMEs across regions and services.
- Experience using learning content development tools and designing for LMS/LXP and workplace platforms (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).
- Awareness of accessibility, inclusion, and learning design standards.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams).
- Familiarity with LMS platforms (Cornerstone OnDemand preferred).

- Instructional Content Design & Learning Writing: Design and write learner-centred content aligned to defined outcomes, skills, and behaviours; apply instructional design principles to support application; create clear, engaging learning narratives; adapt content style, depth, and structure for different audiences.
- Rapid Sense-Making & Content Development: Distil complex information into effective learning content; prioritise learner performance; deliver usable content early and improve over time; balance speed, accuracy, and learning effectiveness.
- AI-Augmented Content Development: Use generative AI for drafting, content variation, scenario creation, and practice activities; summarise and restructure SME input; apply editorial judgement for accuracy and ethical use; integrate AI to increase speed and scalability.
- Multi-Format & Flow-of-Work Learning: Design learning across various formats (instructor-led, self-paced, digital, blended, campaign-based); create modular, reusable content; design learning assets for use in the flow of work.
- SME Partnership & Learning Consulting: Partner with SMEs to extract insight; ask effective questions to surface performance needs; translate SME input into learner-centred content; build credibility as a learning partner.
- Learning Tools, Platforms & Content Craft: Build learning assets using appropriate tools; design content for LMS/LXP and workplace platforms; apply accessibility, inclusion, and ERM learning design standards.
- Programme Coordination & Learner Experience: Schedule and manage learning logistics; maintain training calendars and LMS data accuracy; serve as a point of contact for learners; monitor engagement metrics; provide live coordination and hosting support.
- Content, Resource & Operational Support: Collaborate on learning materials; support evaluation of learning programmes; contribute to continuous improvement; support compliance with data protection policies; liaise with IT and HRIS teams.
