A Day in the Life
- Attend pre-confirmed appointments between 1 pm and 7:30 pm.
- Deliver dynamic in-home presentations and showcase industry-leading products.
- Utilize innovative software for precise measurements.
- Assess damage via ladder or attic inspections.
- Guide homeowners through financing and contract processing.
Build Toward Leadership as an MIT
- Shadow current Sales Managers and learn leadership fundamentals.
- Gain hands-on mentorship and leadership development.
- Mentor new hires and assist in training initiatives.
- Increase responsibility in coaching, team development, and strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing and installation teams for seamless service.
Step Into a Sales Management Role
- Transition from top performer to team leader.
- Drive sales performance and lead strategy meetings.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay of $600/week plus uncapped commissions.
