Day in the Life

  • Attend pre-confirmed appointments starting between 1 pm and 7:30 pm
  • Deliver dynamic in-home presentations and showcase industry-leading products
  • Utilize innovative software for precise measurements
  • Conduct ladder or attic inspections to assess damage
  • Guide homeowners through financing and contract processing

Build Toward Leadership as an MIT

  • Shadow Sales Managers and learn leadership fundamentals
  • Gain hands-on mentorship and leadership development while excelling in sales
  • Mentor new hires and assist in training initiatives
  • Increase responsibility in coaching, team development, and strategy
  • Collaborate with marketing and installation teams for a seamless homeowner experience

Step Into a Sales Management Role

Compensation & Benefits
