A Day in the Life

The Field Marketing Manager recruits, trains, and manages a team of 7–12 door-to-door reps. Responsibilities include drive lead generation, scheduling appointments with qualified homeowners, transporting team members, and creating a positive, high-energy environment.

Requirements

  • Outgoing and self-motivated personality with homeowner outreach passion
  • At least 1 year of canvassing, door-to-door sales, or community outreach experience
  • Prior leadership or management experience is a plus
  • Experience in recruiting and hiring team members
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency using iPads and digital tools
  • Flexible availability including midday, evenings, and weekends
  • Full-time commitment with potential to work up to 50 hours weekly
