About This Opportunity

Join Ericsson as a Graduate Acceptance Engineer MS IT. In this role, you will provide IT services including operations support, maintenance, and administration of customer systems. You will work either on customer premises or remotely, ensuring systems meet required specifications.

What You Will Do

You will work on the support and maintenance of IT systems with third-party supervision, perform daily routine tasks like health checks and routine maintenance, monitor alerts, and resolve customer trouble tickets. You will also handle service requests, dimensioning, capacity planning, and product selection support. Additionally, you will study system impacts, write technical documentation, prepare test results, develop test simulators and automation, and share key metrics with customers.

You Will Bring

An academic degree (minimum bachelor level) in engineering (IT, Telecommunications) and strong presentation, communication, and administrative skills. You must be adept at problem solving, critical thinking, and knowledge sharing. Familiarity with Ericsson processes, analytical skills, and a task-oriented mindset are essential. Arabic speaking is mandatory.
