Role Overview - Compensation Partner
Join the Total Rewards team at Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions as the BEWS Compensation Partner. In this individual contributor role reporting to the Head of Total Rewards, BEWS, you will shape future compensation strategies for the enterprise business segment. You will design innovative, fair, and competitive frameworks that harmonize programs across both legacy and acquired employee populations.
What You Will Do
- Design & Strategy: Lead creation and deployment of tailored compensation frameworks.
- Harmonization Leadership: Oversee compensation harmonization balancing diverse talent needs.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to align strategies.
- Performance Measurement: Define and track KPIs/OKRs to assess effectiveness.
- Supplier Management: Manage external partners, consultants, and vendors.
- Change Management & Communications: Execute strategies ensuring transparency during transitions.
- Compliance & Industry Insight: Stay updated on compensation trends and legal requirements.
- Business Influence: Present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
The Skills You Bring
- 8+ years experience in compensation strategy development.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- Expertise in post-acquisition integration in complex global organizations.
- Advanced knowledge of HR processes, compensation legislation, and market practices.
- Strong skills in strategic leadership, data analysis, and program management.
- Excellent communication with influence at senior levels.
