About This Opportunity
At Ericsson, we are seeking an Administrative Assistant who will play a key role in enabling our managers and unit leadership teams through high-quality administrative support. In this position, you will act as a trusted partner, empowered to represent the unit, make delegated decisions, and coordinate a wide range of administrative activities and projects.
As an administrative expert, you will ensure efficient navigation of Ericsson’s internal processes, systems, and tools—optimizing ways of working so leaders can focus on core business priorities. You will also contribute to maintaining Ericsson’s high standards of integrity by adhering to our Code of Business Ethics (CoBE) and anti-bribery and corruption policies.
What you will do
- Administer orders, invoices, and expense reimbursements in accordance with Ericsson policies and procedures.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, visa processes, and employee mobility activities in line with applicable regulations.
- Manage entry and exit administration, supporting smooth onboarding and offboarding of employees and consultants.
- Support leadership with calendar management, meeting coordination, and official communications.
- Continuously improve administrative routines and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build strong internal and external networks, promote knowledge sharing, and proactively drive administrative issues to resolution.
