Night Shift Manufacturing Roles
ERDRICH USA is expanding its operations by opening a full second shift, offering multiple night shift positions. We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in various manufacturing capacities.
Available Night Shift Positions
- Parts Handlers: Must be detail-oriented and capable of continuous task performance.
- Machine Operators: Requires the ability to troubleshoot, operate machines, and possess an in-depth understanding of their machinery.
- Tool & Die/Tool Machinist: Mechanics needed for tool repairs and maintenance.
- Press Operators: Operate press machines that stamp, cut, or form metal, with a strong ability to troubleshoot their machines.
- Maintenance Engineers: Specialists in PLC and mechanical repairs; Mechatronics experience is a significant plus.
- Final Inspectors: Must be able to visually inspect parts, understand machine functions, and demonstrate a strong work ethic as part of a team.
- Quality Technicians: Experience in Quality Assurance within the automotive industry is a plus.
All night shift positions are part of our 2nd or 3rd shift operations. The 2nd shift includes a 7% shift differential, and the 3rd shift offers a 10% increase.
