Tasks

• Develop and execute a forward-thinking AI strategy aligned with our food family wide strategic objectives, business goals and values.
• Identify and implement AI solutions that automate processes, streamline operations and maximize productivity and customer focus across the company.
• Build, mentor and empower a high-performing team of cross-collaborational AI enthusiasts and ambassadors.
• Keep us at the forefront in our industry regarding AI by evaluating and integrating the latest advancements—with a critical eye on their societal impact, business value and long-term viability.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products —from ideation to deployment, measurement and maintenance —ensuring each initiative delivers measurable business value.
• Structured AI delivery process (e.g. agile development, data pipelines).
• Lead change management efforts to ensure openness and seamless adoption of AI technologies across all functions. Engage internal and external stakeholders, manage expectations and foster a growth mindset culture.
• Establish frameworks for the ethical, transparent and safe use of AI across the food family. Advocate for responsible innovation and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• People leadership and mentoring of a small and interdisciplinary team of 2–5 people.

Expectations

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science or a related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in AI/ML roles, with proven leadership in delivering both innovation and efficiency.
• Technical expertise in machine learning, deep learning and applied data science.
• Demonstrated success in driving AI-driven automation and quantifiable productivity gains or customer experience improvements.
• Experience with change management strategies and navigating complex organizational transformations.
• Solid understanding of AI ethics, data governance and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker and hands-on leader, driven by curiosity and results.
• Fluent in English.
