The implementation and further development of Microsoft 365 are key components of our digital and collaboration strategy. To meet the growing demand for modern workplace solutions, we require a dedicated role to manage SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and the migration from network drives.
The M365 Solution Engineer ensures stable, secure, and future-proof operations, supports business units in adopting efficient solutions, and actively drives the company’s digital transformation.
Tasks for the M365 Solution Engineer
- Administration and optimization of M365, especially SharePoint Online and Power Platform
- Development and maintenance of PowerApps, workflows, and automations
- Migration of network drives to SharePoint Online
- Support and consulting for business units on M365 solutions
- Creation of documentation and training materials
- Participation in projects related to the Modern Workplace
- Evaluation of new Microsoft 365 features and technologies
Expectations
- Several years of experience in administration and configuration of Microsoft 365, particularly SharePoint Online and Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Good understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture, including user and permission management, security, and governance
- Practical experience in developing PowerApps, workflows, and process automations
- Experience in or knowledge of data migration (e.g., from network drives or legacy systems to SharePoint Online)
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within M365
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and collaboration tools within the M365 ecosystem
- Strong communication and consulting skills to support business users in adopting new tools
- Ability to create technical documentation and user training materials
- Good command of English (at least B2 level); German is an asset
- Proactive approach, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to continuously learn new Microsoft technologies
Nice to have: MSCE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer)
